Account, invoice, and service data are processed to perform the contract and to meet legal obligations. The details are on the KVKK policy page. KVKK is Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698). It applies to people in Turkey. It is not US law. As the account owner, you can send access, correction, or deletion requests in a support ticket. Retention periods follow the applicable rules.

Illegal content, phishing, scanning without permission, copyright infringement, hate speech, and other material prohibited in the terms of service cannot be hosted. If it is found, the account may be suspended or cancelled. The details are on the Terms of Service page.

MUVCloud is authorized as a hosting provider (yer sağlayıcı) by Turkey’s Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). That is a Turkish regulatory status. It is not US law. Legal notices from competent authorities are reviewed and carried out as the applicable rules require. The customer is notified when a confidentiality order or an investigation restriction does not prevent it. The detailed procedure depends on the nature of the request.

For spam, phishing, or illegal content, use the Report Abuse page. Include the affected address or IP, evidence, and your contact details. The report is sent to the abuse team.

If you are a consumer in Turkey, you can use the right of withdrawal (cayma) on a hosting service within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason. This right comes from Turkish consumer law, including Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It applies to consumers in Turkey. It is not US law. Domain names, SSL certificates, and software licenses are services performed immediately and are outside that right of withdrawal.
