Yes. Free migration is included for hosting and WordPress sites. Cloud and dedicated servers include free setup and migration help. If DNS is changed at the right time, downtime stays short. Open a support ticket, and do not put panel passwords in the ticket.
Hosting is the service that keeps your website files, database, and email on a server connected to the internet. A domain is the address. Without hosting, the site is not published. MUVCloud Unlimited plans include cPanel, LiteSpeed, free SSL, and weekly JetBackup backups.
Besides disk and traffic, look at inodes, CPU/RAM, I/O limits, email quota, the panel (cPanel), backups, free SSL, and migration help. “Unlimited” does not remove file-count or CPU limits. Compare the numbers on the plan cards. Location (Turkey) and support channels also affect the choice.
Unlimited plans do not set a separate quota for disk space or monthly traffic. Capacity is set by file count (inodes), CPU, RAM, and disk read/write (I/O) limits. The Starter plan has 1 GB of disk.
| Plan | Inodes | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Starter / Unlimited | 100,000 | Starter disk is 1 GB |
| Unlimited Professional | 150,000 | Up to 5 sites |
| Unlimited Premium | 250,000 | Unlimited sites |
For one site or a trial, Starter or Unlimited is enough. For a few sites or heavier traffic, choose Professional (5 sites, 150,000 inodes). For many sites or higher resources, choose Premium (unlimited sites, 250,000 inodes). For WordPress-focused work, see WordPress Hosting. For company email and higher resources, see Enterprise Hosting. To sell hosting to your own customers, see Reseller.
You need a domain and a hosting plan. The domain is your site’s address. Hosting holds your files, database, and email. After you point the nameservers to MUVCloud in DNS, you can upload files from cPanel or install WordPress and publish.
In your domain registrar’s panel, change the nameservers to the NS addresses MUVCloud gives you. Propagation usually takes from a few minutes to 24 hours. If the domain is at MUVCloud, DNS is managed from the client area. After it connects, add the domain in cPanel (or it is already there if it was set on the order) and check that SSL is installed.
Yes. A site at another company can be moved to a MUVCloud hosting plan at no charge. Files, the database, and email accounts where possible are transferred. If the DNS change is timed correctly, downtime is short or does not happen. Open a support ticket for the migration. Do not put panel passwords in the ticket. Send them through the secure channel we point you to.
On hosting plans, free SSL (Let’s Encrypt) is installed automatically when the domain’s DNS points to the MUVCloud server, and it renews before it expires. You can also start it manually from SSL/TLS Status in cPanel. After installation, turn on the HTTP to HTTPS redirect. Otherwise the browser warning can continue.
Our Unlimited web hosting plans are hosted in our data center in Bursa, Turkey. Your files and database stay inside Turkey. Dedicated and cloud servers also have locations in Germany, the United States, and the Netherlands. The hosting plans on this page are in the Turkey location.
Yes. Accounts are backed up weekly with JetBackup, and you can restore an earlier backup from cPanel. A daily image backup is also taken against a server disaster or disk failure. You can also open a support ticket to return to an older day or to ask for help.
Yes. Every Unlimited plan includes unlimited email accounts. In cPanel, under Email Accounts, you can create addresses such as [email protected]. Use them in the browser with webmail, or set them up in Outlook or on a phone with IMAP and SMTP.
Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook expect SPF, DKIM, and DMARC from large senders. If those records are missing, messages land in spam or are rejected. Even if you send little mail, these records improve delivery. If your domain’s DNS is at MUVCloud, add SPF and DKIM from cPanel under Email Deliverability. You can create DMARC with at least “p=none”.
For WooCommerce, OpenCart, and similar stores, at least Unlimited or Professional is recommended. If you have many products and images, Premium or WordPress Hosting (WooCommerce) is more comfortable. HTTPS is required. The free SSL on the plans is enough. During heavy campaign traffic, watch resource limits (CPU/RAM). You can upgrade the plan, or move to a cloud server, if you need to.
LiteSpeed is a high-performance web server that is compatible with Apache. MUVCloud hosting plans use LiteSpeed and LiteSpeed Cache (LSCache). They speed up page loads, especially on WordPress and other dynamic sites. You see the difference when the cache plugin is enabled in WordPress and the basic settings are in place.
CloudLinux puts each account on shared hosting behind its own resource limits (LVE). A neighbor site’s sudden load does not use up your CPU and RAM. Warnings such as “508 Resource Limit” are about your own limit. CloudLinux is standard on MUVCloud Unlimited servers.
Imunify360 is a security layer that runs on the server. It provides malware scanning, brute-force blocking, and threat detection. Imunify360 is active on our hosting plans. You should still keep your site updated and use a strong password.
Plans include multi-PHP support. The comparison table lists options from 4.4 through 8.3. Change a domain’s version in cPanel under MultiPHP Manager or Select PHP Version. Choose a version your application (WordPress, Laravel, and so on) supports. Very old versions are a security risk.
No. On shared hosting plans, SSH and remote MySQL are closed for security and resource isolation. Manage files with FTPS or the cPanel File Manager, and the database with phpMyAdmin. If you need a command line or a remote database, a cloud server is the better fit.
Yes. On every hosting server you can use ionCube Loader through PHP Selector. It is active by default.
CloudLinux shows this warning when the account’s momentary CPU, RAM, or entry-process (EP) limit is exceeded. A heavy plugin, bot traffic, or slow queries can trigger it. Review the graphs in cPanel under Resource Usage. You can turn off plugins you do not need and enable caching. If the limit is full all the time, move to the next plan up.
Yes, up to the plan limit. Starter and Unlimited include 1 site. Professional includes 5. Premium includes unlimited sites. Add extra domains in cPanel under Addon Domains / Domains. Each site shares the inode and resource pool.
Check in this order: has the domain expired; do the nameservers point to MUVCloud; is the hosting invoice paid; are the site and SSL up in cPanel; is there an outage on the system status page. DNS may not have propagated yet (up to 24 hours). If those are all fine, open a support ticket.
You can create an upgrade request in the client area, or open a support ticket. When you move to a higher plan, the difference for the remaining time is calculated (prorated). The goal is to switch without losing data. For a downgrade, the new plan’s site and inode limits must cover your current usage.
Once the due date passes, the service may be suspended. The site and email stop working. Watch the reminder emails, and keep auto-renew on. If you pay during the suspension window, the service is turned back on. If it stays unpaid for a long time, data deletion follows the period in the agreement.
MUVCloud web hosting plans run on Linux (cPanel + LiteSpeed). PHP, WordPress, Laravel, WooCommerce, and most ready-made scripts run on Linux. If you need ASP.NET / MSSQL, you need Windows hosting. That product line is not in our catalog. Write to the support team about an alternative, or consider your own Windows server.
The plan comparison table lists a 99.9% uptime target. Planned maintenance and outages outside our control (for example an upstream network provider) can fall outside that figure. Use the system status page for the current state. For a long outage, open a support ticket.
Yes. Open a support ticket for the wrong plan, or for an upgrade or downgrade. Where we can, we will help you change plans within the same term.
Enterprise hosting is a shared hosting plan with higher resource limits, for a company website and company email. It includes LiteSpeed, cPanel, free SSL, unlimited email accounts, and 1 free extra IP as shown on the plan card. It is not a dedicated server (a physical server reserved only for you).
Both run on shared (CloudLinux) infrastructure. Enterprise has higher CPU, RAM, and inode limits. Each plan highlights 1 free extra IP and unlimited email accounts. Unlimited Web Hosting is the more affordable entry plan. Enterprise is the better fit for a busy business site and mail traffic. If you only need one site, check the “1 website” allowance on the cards.
Enterprise hosting is in the shared hosting family. Server resources are split between accounts with CloudLinux. The whole machine is not yours. That model is a dedicated server. Compared with Unlimited, Enterprise is closer to a business site, with higher limits and an extra IP.
LiteSpeed + LS Cache, cPanel, free SSL, weekly JetBackup backups, unlimited email accounts, and 1 free extra IP on the plan card are included. SSD disks and Imunify360 protection are standard on the server.
The 1 extra IPv4 included with the plans is an address separate from the main shared IP. It is useful in some email-reputation, custom SSL, or third-party integration cases. Current browsers do not require an extra IP for HTTPS (SNI). Open a support ticket to have the IP assigned in the panel.
In cPanel, under Email Accounts, create an address such as [email protected]. Use it in the browser with webmail, or set it up in Outlook, iPhone, or Android with IMAP (incoming) and SMTP (outgoing). The server name, port, and SSL settings are in the welcome email and in cPanel. If you get stuck, open a support ticket.
Enterprise plans include unlimited email accounts. You set each mailbox’s disk quota in cPanel. Hourly sending and attachment-size limits follow server policy. For the current values, write to the support team, or watch the warnings in the cPanel email screen. For bulk newsletters, use a transactional mail service. Shared hosting is not a fit for high-volume campaign mail.
Complete the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. If the domain’s DNS is at MUVCloud, add SPF/DKIM from cPanel under Email Deliverability. You can create DMARC with at least “p=none”. For a blacklist or reputation problem, open a support ticket.
Our Enterprise web hosting plans are hosted in our data center in Bursa, Turkey. Site files, the database, and hosted mailboxes stay inside Turkey.
Accounts are backed up weekly with JetBackup and can be restored from cPanel. A daily image backup is also taken against a server disaster. Take a manual backup before a critical update.
The plan comparison table lists a 99.9% uptime target. Planned maintenance and upstream network outages outside our control can fall outside that figure. Use the system status page for the current state. For a long outage, open a support ticket.
Yes. Free SSL is included on every Enterprise plan and is installed automatically when DNS is correct. LiteSpeed Web Server and LiteSpeed Cache are standard on Enterprise servers. They speed up page loads, especially on dynamic business sites.
Yes. A site at another company can be moved to an Enterprise Hosting plan at no charge. Files, the database, and mailboxes where possible are transferred. Open a support ticket, and do not put panel passwords in the ticket.
Yes. Open a support ticket for the wrong plan, or for an upgrade or downgrade. Where we can, we will help you change plans within the same term.
Yes. A WordPress site at another company can be moved to a MUVCloud WordPress Hosting plan at no charge. Files and the database are transferred. If DNS is changed at the right time, downtime is short or does not happen. Open a support ticket. Do not put the main account or wp-admin passwords in the ticket. Send them through the secure channel we point you to.
Yes. Free SSL for the customer accounts you create on reseller plans is available for as long as your service is active. When DNS points to the correct server, you can install Let’s Encrypt-style certificates.
It is a hosting plan optimized for WordPress sites. It includes LiteSpeed + LiteSpeed Cache, cPanel, SSD disk, free SSL, and weekly JetBackup backups. You can install WordPress in one click.
Both offer cPanel, LiteSpeed, and free SSL. WordPress Hosting is tuned for WordPress workloads and one-click install. The site allowance is 1 or 3, depending on the plan. Unlimited Web Hosting is more general, and Professional and Premium include more than one site. If you will only run WordPress, choose WordPress Hosting. For mixed scripts or many sites, choose an Unlimited plan.
LiteSpeed Cache page caching, Imunify360 protection, free SSL, and free migration make setup and performance easier on WordPress sites. It is a practical start for a blog, a company site, or a WooCommerce store.
Bronze, Gold, and Platinum plans host 1 WordPress site. Diamond hosts 3. The site count is written on the cards and in the comparison table.
| Plan | Sites |
|---|---|
| Bronze / Gold / Platinum | 1 |
| Diamond | 3 |
Install and enable the LiteSpeed Cache plugin from the WordPress dashboard. Basic page caching is enough for most sites. Try advanced settings (combining CSS/JS and so on) step by step, after you take a backup. If something breaks, turn the plugin off temporarily and open a support ticket.
Gold or Platinum is enough for a small store. As products, images, and traffic grow, Diamond (3 sites and higher resources) is more comfortable. HTTPS is provided by the free SSL on the plans. During busy campaign periods, watch Resource Usage. You can move to a higher plan, or consider a cloud server, if you need to.
You manage plugin and theme updates from the WordPress dashboard. We do not update plugins or themes unless you turn on automatic updates. For WordPress core, use the automatic update options in the dashboard. Take a JetBackup backup before you update.
Enable LiteSpeed Cache, compress images, remove plugins you do not use, and select a current PHP version. Heavy page builders and a large plugin set slow the site down. The server uses HTTP/1.1. The real gains are caching, image size, and a clean plugin set.
HTTPS, a fast page load, and a current PHP version are positive signals for search engines. Rankings are not decided by hosting alone. Content, technical SEO, and the backlink profile are the main factors. On the hosting side, SSL and LiteSpeed Cache give you a solid base.
Change passwords first, and check site access from cPanel. Imunify360 malware scanning runs on the servers. Open a support ticket for a suspicious file. If needed, you can return to a clean backup with JetBackup. If wp-admin access is broken, we can help with the steps to disable plugins or the theme temporarily.
Create an account in cPanel under FTP Accounts and connect with FTPS (FTP over SSL). The server, username, and port are in the welcome email and in the panel. SSH is closed on shared hosting. For files, use FTPS or the File Manager.
The plans do not include a ready one-click staging product. On Diamond, if you have a second or third site allowance, you can install a copy on a subdomain. Or you can restore a JetBackup backup into a separate folder and test there. A cloud server is more flexible for a permanent staging environment.
Standard WordPress Hosting plans follow a single install and the site allowance on the plan card. Multisite (a network) is not offered by default and needs extra configuration. If you need Multisite, write to the support team, or consider a cloud server with root access.
Yes. Every WordPress Hosting plan includes free SSL. It is installed and renewed automatically when DNS points to MUVCloud. After installation, turn on the HTTPS redirect on the site.
Yes. Accounts are backed up weekly with JetBackup and can be restored from cPanel. Take a manual backup before a large update or a plugin experiment.
Yes. Open a support ticket for the wrong plan, or for an upgrade or downgrade. Where we can, we will help you change plans within the same term.
Reseller hosting is a reseller plan with WHM/cPanel access so you can sell hosting to your own customers. It suits small hosting businesses, freelance webmasters, and integrators. From WHM you can open customer accounts, define resource packages, and offer the service under your own brand.
Web hosting is for your own site. On reseller you can open and sell more than one cPanel customer account. Management is done in WHM. CloudLinux isolation, free SSL, and SSD/NVMe infrastructure reduce the chance that your customers’ sites affect each other.
Yes. Reseller plans include WHM (Web Host Manager) access. In WHM, create a package (plan) and open customer cPanel accounts with Create a New Account. Each account’s disk, traffic, and other limits are shared out of the plan’s total resources.
Yes. You can offer the service to customers under your own brand. Custom nameservers (ns1.yourcompany.com and so on) need A/NS records on your domain and usually two IPs. Open a support ticket for the setup. You can also use the branding and name options in WHM.
In WHM, under Packages, create packages with limits for disk, bandwidth, email, and databases. When you open a new account, pick one of those packages. Total usage must stay within the quota and account limit of the reseller plan you bought. When you need more, you can move to the next reseller plan up (the page highlights a free upgrade).
Support for the end user (the reseller’s customer) is provided by the reseller. MUVCloud 24/7 support is for the reseller/WHM account and infrastructure problems. The healthiest approach is to help from the reseller panel, without sharing the customer’s cPanel password.
If spam, phishing, malware, or resource abuse is found, the account in question may be suspended and you are notified. As the reseller, you can suspend or remove the account from WHM. Repeated violations can put your plan at risk as well. The terms of use have to be followed.
A short reseller trial is an option that can be opened on request, from time to time, with a wire/EFT payment. Write to sales or support for the current trial. If there is no campaign, a trial may not be offered.
Yes. Write to the support team for a static or extra IPv4. Price and whether it can be assigned depend on the plan terms. IPv6 is supported on the infrastructure.
No. A reseller plan does not include WHMCS or similar billing software. A WHMCS or Blesta license can run on a separate server or a suitable environment. Customer accounts are managed with the WHM API or by hand.
CloudLinux puts each cPanel account behind its own resource limits. Heavy traffic on one customer does not take the other accounts down. That lets you offer more predictable performance as a reseller.
When you need more accounts or resources, you can move to the next reseller plan up. The page states that a free upgrade is available. The client area or a support ticket is enough. The goal is to switch without losing data.
If you are a consumer in Turkey, you can use the right of withdrawal (cayma) on a hosting service within 14 days of the contract being formed. This right comes from Turkish consumer law, including Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It applies to consumers in Turkey. It is not US law. A trial and withdrawal are separate. If a trial is open, confirm the terms with the support team. Domain names, SSL, and licenses are services performed immediately and are outside that right of withdrawal.
Yes. Open a support ticket for the wrong plan, or for an upgrade or downgrade. Where we can, we will help you change plans within the same term.
Yes. If the hosting plan is at MUVCloud, set the MX records (and SPF/DKIM if needed) at the domain registrar to the values MUVCloud gives you. If the website will stay elsewhere, change only the MX. Do not point the A record at the hosting IP. Propagation can take a few hours.
You are not on your own as your projects grow. Our support engineers are ready 24/7, on several channels, whenever you need them.
