It is a physical server reserved only for you. CPU, RAM, disk, and network resources are not shared. It suits high traffic, large applications, a VPN, or workloads that need full control, such as Proxmox or VMware.

Choose by CPU cores and speed, RAM, disk type (SSD/NVMe/SAS), and whether you need RAID. NVMe suits heavy disk I/O. RAID suits data redundancy. You order by the model number on the stock card. If you are unsure, support can help.

Failed parts are covered by MUVCloud. They are replaced at no charge as soon as possible. Report the problem in a support ticket or by phone. The technical team will work on it.

Setup starts after the payment is confirmed. On Turkey stock it is usually within a few hours. In Germany and the United States, the time depends on stock, configuration, and location. With a bank transfer, work starts after confirmation.

The dedicated server is unmanaged. The operating system, software, and security updates are your responsibility. Free KVM/reinstall and 24/7 email and phone support help on the network, hardware, and access side. It is not a fully managed service.

Yes. Reinstall and KVM access are included at no charge. You can use them from the panel or through support. The console matters for installs and recovery when the network is down.

Plans specify a 1 Gbps port. On the Turkey infrastructure, unshared 1 Gbps access is highlighted. If a monthly quota is not written separately, fair use applies. The current terms are on the order or stock card.

The term and any commitment depend on the order and the agreement. To cancel, or to stop renewal at the end of the term, use the client area or a support ticket. Take a data backup first.

In Turkey, standard DDoS protection is free. In Germany, the data center provides standard DoS/DDoS protection. The United States location does not include DDoS protection. Extra plans are on the Firewall page.

RAID 1/10 is for read/write performance and redundancy. RAID 5/6 is capacity-focused. RAID 50/60 is for larger arrays. RAID protects against a disk failure. It does not replace a deleted file or a site backup. Keep a separate backup.

For an OS outside the standard list, or a custom ISO, write to the support team. Installation over KVM may be possible. Compatibility and licensing are your responsibility.

Models in stock with a GPU (for example NVIDIA A2) suit AI inference, rendering, video processing, and applications that need a GPU. Driver and software installation is usually on your side. Before you order, check the stock card and confirm compatibility with support.

Yes. On the physical server you can install Proxmox, VMware ESXi, or a similar hypervisor. You can ask the support team about virtualization. Licensing and lawful use are yours.

You can request extra IPv4 addresses. Availability and price vary by location. For an IP block or BYOIP, write to support.

When the service ends, the disks are prepared for reuse. Back up and delete critical data beforehand. If you need a specific wipe method or a certificate, say so in a support ticket.

Yes. Write to the support team for a change of model or operating system. It is planned around stock and whether data needs to be moved.
