The account limit is how many cPanel accounts you can open in WHM. Admin is 5, Pro is 30, and Premier is 100. Past the limit you cannot open another account, or an overage fee may apply under the vendor’s policy. Pick the right tier at the start.
From Web Host Lite through Elite, the tiers differ by concurrent connections, cache, and the number of domains on the server. As domains or traffic grow, you can move to a higher tier. Current prices are on the cards in the LiteSpeed tab.
Most panel and web-server licenses are tied to the server IP. If the IP or the server changes, the license has to move to the new address. Report that in a support ticket. Until the move finishes, the license can stop working on the old IP.
If you only buy the license, installation is yours. On a colocation or dedicated server, installation of panel licenses bought from MUVCloud is free. On a cloud server or VPS you can install it with your root access, or ask support for help.
With a card payment, the license is usually provisioned shortly. With a wire/EFT, it finishes after the receipt is confirmed. Installation is a separate step. The key and panel details are sent after the order.
The store has Plesk VPS/VDS and Plesk Dedicated cards. The edition and feature set are stated on the order card and in the vendor description. For the current detail, see the Plesk tab or ask support.
Yes. For a product that is not in the store, or a custom tier, write in a support ticket or through Request a call. Availability and price are confirmed then.
Most licenses work with a key or an IP only. The server does not have to be at MUVCloud. Installation and compatibility are yours. For an external server, get confirmation from support before you order.
DirectAdmin is the choice on dedicated servers when you want a lighter control panel than cPanel or Plesk. The store has a dedicated-server license card. For a VPS, write to support.
Admin and Pro cards are for VPS/VDS servers. Premier offers a higher account limit. The wrong license type will not run on a physical or single-tenant server. On the order, choose the card that matches your server type. If you are unsure, support can help.
The CloudLinux cPanel license is used only on systems that have cPanel installed. The general CloudLinux license provides per-account CPU/RAM/I/O limits with LVE on other supported environments. If you use cPanel, choose the cPanel license. If you do not, choose the general license.
After a license is provisioned or activated, it cannot be refunded or cancelled. The minimum term is 1 month. To stop renewal, send a cancellation notice from support or the panel before the term ends.
