No. Physical activation, the operating system, and installation of a control panel bought from MUVCloud are free. If you use your own panel or license, confirm the setup scope with support.

If the fee is not paid on time, the hosting and storage obligation can end. If you cannot be reached, or payment is not made in the time given, then under clause 7.13 of the service agreement, responsibility for the equipment leaves MUVCloud after 6 months. The risk of disposal or damage then sits with the customer. Contact support right away about payment and collecting the equipment.
