Standard protection is free on servers in the Turkey location and runs automatically. When a flood is detected on an IP, that IP’s access from outside Turkey is closed temporarily so the rest of the network stays protected. It opens again automatically when the attack ends. During that time, access from inside Turkey continues, and access from outside Turkey does not. If access from outside Turkey must stay up, choose the Voxility or Voxility+Firewall plan.
Yes. Cloud servers include standard DDoS protection and firewall monitoring. A large or long attack may need an extra Firewall / Voxility plan. The options are on the protection page.
In Turkey, standard DDoS protection is free. In Germany, the data center provides standard DoS/DDoS protection. The United States location does not include DDoS protection. Extra plans are on the Firewall page.
A DDoS attack sends excessive fake traffic at a server or network to slow the service or take it down. Sudden unavailability, high bandwidth, network warnings in the panel, or a notice from support are typical signs. If you suspect an attack, open a support ticket.
Firewall applies to your current IP and covers domestic and international L3/L4. It does not cover Layer 7. Voxility is a 960 Gbps filter for attacks sourced outside Turkey. You receive a new protected IP. It cannot be added to the current IP. Layer 7 can be turned on on request. The combined plan is both protections plus a new protected IP. Current monthly USD prices are on the page cards.
The Firewall plan by itself does not include Layer 7. On Voxility, Layer 7 can be turned on at your request. Free standard protection closes access from outside Turkey during a flood to protect the network. It is not an HTTP application-layer filter.
Free standard protection (closing access from outside Turkey during a flood) is specific to the Turkey location. Germany dedicated includes standard DoS/DDoS protection from the data center. The United States location has no DDoS protection. Advanced plans are Turkey firewall services.
Cloud servers include standard protection. It is enough for small floods. For a heavy or long attack, or if you do not want access from outside Turkey to be closed, consider Voxility or Firewall plans. For critical sites, the combined plan is the recommendation.
On Voxility and the combined plan you receive a new protected IP. The domain A record, the IP in the panel, and license or firewall rules must be updated to the new address. Traffic to the old IP is not protected. Allow a few hours for DNS to propagate. Support can help with the steps.
Yes. The server cannot talk to networks outside Turkey. Payment gateways abroad, external APIs, foreign SMTP relays, and management access from outside Turkey may stop working. Traffic inside Turkey usually continues. You can request a permanent close at no charge. Support is also enough to open it again.
Plans are listed in USD per month. The Turkish lira amount can be seen with the rate in the top menu. VAT (KDV in Turkey) is shown on the invoice line. Refunds follow the distance-sales terms and the service agreement. Those consumer rules apply to consumers in Turkey. They are not US law. Ask support before you order.
When an attack is detected, and when it ends, detailed reports and a log summary are shared with you. If you cannot see them in the panel, open a support ticket. The technical team will send the relevant records.
You are not on your own as your projects grow. Our support engineers are ready 24/7, on several channels, whenever you need them.
