1. Right of Withdrawal
A consumer in Turkey may withdraw within 14 days of the day the service contract is formed, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. Notice is given by a ticket in the panel, to [email protected], or with the form below. The provider immediately confirms, by the same channel, that the notice arrived.

The refund is made within 14 days of the notice reaching the provider, to the instrument used for collection, and in a single payment. Domain-name, SSL, and license fees are not included in that refund. These are the rules that apply to customers in Turkey.
3. Sample Withdrawal Form
“To Revive IT Solutions LLC. By this form I give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the service below. Order date: …. Service: …. Full name: …. Address: …. Date.” Use of the form is not mandatory. A clear notice is enough.
