Product-specific terms for hosting, cloud, dedicated servers, colocation, domain names, SSL, and licenses are on this page. Review the term, renewal, and termination rules for each product here.
1. Hosting
Shared, WordPress, business, and reseller hosting run on servers the provider manages. Backups are taken at the frequency written on the product page and are not guaranteed. An account with more than 100,000 files may be left outside the backup scope. The panel, mail, and DNS are managed by the provider.
2. Cloud Server
CPU and memory are allocated to the Customer. Setup is automatic after payment. The operating system is chosen and managed by the Customer. Snapshots exist only to the extent purchased. The provider replaces a part if a disk fails. It is assumed that the Customer has a backup before the replacement.
3. Dedicated Server
The hardware belongs to the provider. The Customer may not open the chassis or add parts. A failed part is replaced, or an equivalent server is provided, within 4 hours on a business day and within 8 hours otherwise. That time is separate from a service-level credit and may be longer if an equivalent part is not in stock. The risk of data loss when a disk is replaced belongs to the Customer.
4. Colocation
The Customer’s own equipment runs in the allocated rack units at the Bursa facility. Power above the current agreed per circuit is charged separately. Remote hands are included for the time written on the product page. Time beyond that is charged separately.
If the fee is not paid, the provider sets a written deadline. For a customer in Turkey, when that deadline passes the provider may exercise the right of retention over the equipment under the rules that apply in Turkey, and writes again before any sale. The debt and costs are deducted from the sale proceeds, and the balance is paid to the Customer. [COUNSEL: applying a right of retention to a consumer’s equipment.]
5. Domain Names
For gTLD registrations the sponsor is Internet.bs or ResellerClub. The .tr registry is [to be supplied]. The provider is a reseller and does not state that it is an ICANN-accredited organization. Term, renewal, and transfer are as described in the domain-name information. Registration and renewal cannot be reversed.
6. SSL
The certificate is issued when validation is complete. An issued certificate is not refunded. For the wrong product, a change may be requested before it is issued.
7. Licenses
cPanel, Plesk, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, and DirectAdmin licenses are monthly and belong to the vendor. A license is not refunded after it has been provisioned. Cancellation is sent from the panel or by a ticket before the end of the period. If it is not sent, the period renews.
