This text is the distance service contract formed with a consumer. Read the general framework of the rights and obligations here.
1. Formation
This contract is a service contract formed at a distance between a consumer in Turkey and Revive IT Solutions LLC. The information in the pre-contract disclosure is part of the contract and cannot be changed to the consumer’s disadvantage.
2. Performance
The service starts within the time written in the order. If performance becomes impossible, the provider gives notice within 3 days and refunds the amount collected within 14 days.
3. Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is as set out in the withdrawal and refunds text. The sample form is in that text. These are the rules that apply to customers in Turkey.
4. Record
The order summary and this contract are sent to the Customer’s email address and kept in the panel. The Customer may print them.
